We are in network with the following Insurance companies:

Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Anthem, Cigna, United Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente.

For those using their insurance, once you make your first appointment we will contact your insurance company and obtain permission to provide therapy. You don't have to do anything. We will also file the claim for you so you simply pay your co-pay at the office and nothing more.

We are considered an out of network provider for any insurance not listed above. If you have insurance that we don't take but your plan has out of network benefits, we can provide you with a Superbill that has all the information your insurer will need. You can simply send the Superbill to them and they will refund you all or part of the charge.

Payment is required at the time of service and we accept cash, checks, all major credit / debit cards and Venmo.

The self pay rate for an individual session (adult or teen) is $200.

The rate for the group (skills class) is $75 per class.
